Función ejecutiva: evaluación y rehabilitación neuropsicológica

Resumen

En el campo de la neuropsicología ha habido siempre un interés por el estudio de las funciones ejecutivas dentro del síndrome frontal. En este artículo tratamos de profundizar en la posible diversidad tanto sintomatológica como etiológica del síndrome frontal, lo que nos obliga a ser prudentes y a evitar unificar bajo un termino conceptual a pacientes tan diversos. Considerando esta diversidad y tratando de evitar generalicaciones o caer en un engorrosa especificación. En coherencia con este planteamiento nos hemos centrado en un posible instrumento de evaluación del constructo objeto de este artículo; Finalmente, esbozamos las líneas generales de una propuesta de rehabilitación neuropsicológica de la misma.

In the field of neuropsychology there has always been an interest in the study of the executive functions inside the front syndrome. In this paper we focus in the diversity as much as sintomatolochic and etiolochic of this syndrome, or that he/she forces us to be wise and to avoid to unify under this conceptual to patient so diverse. We have considered the heterogeneity of this population, by this, we have tried to avoid the generalization and fal down an excessive specification. In coherence with this formulation, we have focus on instrument to assessment the exceutive function, stroop pardigm; Finaly, we outline the neuropsychology rehabilitation of this function.
