Our Service was created to give support to traditional university teaching and facilitate the integration an use of new technologies in class. Nevertheless, it gained importance gradually and the acceptance among the university community. This fact promoted the creation of new spaces in order to cover the needs arising.

Nowadays, our Service allows the students to complement their class-based learning through our e-learning platform and endows teachers, students and administrative staff with the tools to widen and improve the teaching-learning process. Summing up, our Service provides an e-learning space for the University community, it counts on a broad range of academic studies and gives support to a large number of users.

Our Servicio de Enseñanza Virtual, together Servicio de Informática y Comunicaciones, are in charge of keeping the technical facilities and web servers that support the virtual tools.
