and very close to the Merced Cathedral and San Pedro

The closest bus stop is line #8 (15-minute intervals) which will take you to the University of Huelva (Campus El Carmen)
in an approximate 25-minute bus journey. The bus stop is located on Avenida de Alemania. To get there walk down Av.
Manuel Siurot and Ramón Menéndez Pidal (on your right side) until you reach the Cathedral and Paseo de la
Independencia. Then turn left until the first cross-street (Calleja el Molino). At the next street turn left and you will see the
bus stop. You may also wish to cross the street until you reach Paseo de las Palmeras where you can find a bus-stop for line #5
that will also take you to Campus el Carmen.
Alternatively, you can go to Plaza Quintero Báez where you can take line #3 (15-minute intervals) which will take you to the
University of Huelva (Campus El Carmen) in an approximate 20-minute bus journey. To get to this bus stop you need to walk
down Av. Manuel Siurot until you arrive Plaza Ivonne Cazenave. Once there, round the roundabout and take San Andres street.
Walk straight ahead, pass Plaza San Pedro and take Calle de la Fuente. The bus stop is at the end of the street in Plaza
Quintero Báez. Note that bus #3 will stop you at the main entrance of the university, whereas bus #8 and #5 run a longer
journey, but will stop you inside the campus.
The nearest taxi stop is in Plaza de la Merced. Walk down Av. Manuel Siurot until you arrive to Plaza Ivonne Cazenave.
Turn right and take Ramón Menéndez Pidal street and walk straight ahead until you find Plaza de la Merced.
