A high-resolution team is crucial for analyzing reaction products. ISRS features a superconducting storage ring enabling mass identification of nuclei by flight time. MAGDEM, a technological prototype for ISRS, consists of Canted Cosinus Theta (CCT) type superconducting multifunction magnets, currently under study at IEM. To characterize MAGDEM with particle beams, a test bench will be implemented at the CMAM Material Microanalysis Center in Madrid.
