En 1950 se autorizara a la Delegaci\u00f3n Provincial de Sindicatos de Huelva la construcci\u00f3n de este Balneario con casetas de ba\u00f1o para los afiliados a Educaci\u00f3n y Descanso: el Balneario de Ntra. Sra. de la Cinta, en la Punta del Sebo del la ciudad de Huelva. Obedec\u00eda a la pol\u00edtica del \u00abdopo laboro\u00bb inspirada en el r\u00e9gimen fascista italiano.<\/p>\n
Entre otros servicios, el Balneario de la Cinta ofrec\u00eda para sus socios un servicio de bar y terraza, piscina para los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os y autobuses desde las siete de la ma\u00f1ana hasta las nieve de la noche. <\/span>En 1969, los ba\u00f1os fueron prohibidos en la R\u00eda de Huelva, desde el Muelle del Tinto hasta la Punta del Sebo, por lo que el Balneario de la Cinta \u201cEducaci\u00f3n y Descanso\u201d dej\u00f3 de tener sentido.
