Debido a la importancia que la ciudad de Huelva empez\u00f3 a ganar a finales del siglo XIX y comienzos del XX gracias tanto de la explotaci\u00f3n minera como del aumento de capturas de pesca se ejecut\u00f3 una serie de planes gubernamentales para ampliar y reformar el puerto de esta ciudad.<\/p>\n
A estos mismos planes pertenece la aparici\u00f3n de un muelle de pasajeros que podemos observar en la imagen. Su construcci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 en 1895 y su tiempo de funcionamiento se prolong\u00f3 hasta 1915.
