Huelva is located in the southwest of the peninsula and the western tip of Andalucia. You could come in various forms depending on the means of transport chosen:

By Road

You could catch the A-49 from Seville, the V Centenary Highway, which connects the two cities in Andalucía, Huelva and Seville. By the north could be access  from Extremadura, the N 435. Also accessible from Portugal, for the IP-1 and the A-49 from Ayamonte. If you come from Madrid should go for the National V to Merida and then join the A-66 to Seville for at that point take the A-49 to Huelva. If you go to Huelva from eastern Andalucía, take the A-92 to Seville and then link to the A-49.

By plane

The nearby airports to Huelva are in Faro, Portugal, about 100 kilometers from Huelva, and San Pablo, Seville, at about the same distance. Both airports are international and well communicated.

 

By Train

If you choose the train as way of transport to get to Huelva, you could opt for Alvia, coming from Madrid which ends in the station of Huelva (3 h. 50 min. approx.) or AVE (high speed line) which leaves to the station of Santa Justa Seville. In the last case, to arrive to the destination you could choose to take a train, an intercity bus (DAMAS) or rent a car. Also could be arrive from Extremadura to Huelva from the train station of Zafra.
